Gai Tod Hat Yai, meaning Hat Yai fried chicken. Hat Yai, leaning towards the very south of Thailand almost bordering Malaysia, have quite a number of good food. Fried chicken being one of them.

​For me, hands down wins this spot, being made by my wife. Don't understand, how can a simple fried chicken be made so good. Such crispy, much tender, so wow. I mean I've eaten at many places, yet nothing comes close. Phenomenal, scrumptious, robust, actually just some fancy terms heard on some food shows, not sure when to apply. Let's just say best of the best.
