Pad Krapow


Stir fry mince pork or chicken sprinkled with thai holy basil, usually eaten with rice and a sunny side up.


A thai favourites, you will be able to find this dish in almost every corner if you have been to Thailand. The thais loved it, some I know even have it weekly. This is for you, if you love spicy stuff.


Having made by my wife, truly top notch, hardly surprising coming from a Thai. The chilis, the umami and the fragrance from the rice and meat, just yum. Having sampled many Pad Krapows, the key ingredient lies in the sauce. My wife sauce, made of........oops, secret.


The sauce elevated this dish even further, I dare say one of the best.
