Tom Yam Noodles Soup

Ooh, Spicy. You might have seen the other post "Thai Rice Noodles Soup", but this time a rice noodles soup dish but spicy tom yam.

Rice noodles, mince pork, huge chicken balls, winter melon, and in, the spicy tom yam soup sprinked with spring onions, peanuts and coriander leaves. What more can I ask for, it is a well thought out and balanced dish.

Want to have some meat and veggies but with spicy noodles? This is it, with bouncy noodles texture absorbing the tom yam soup, a mouthful of flavours just explodes. Umami, spicy, sour, feeling those bouncy noodles texture, so tasty. Not to mention there is crunch from those peanuts sticking onto the rice noodles. And those winter melons, balance out the heat. Just perfect.

What a day to have this after a stressful work, just pure enjoyment. Surely a good sleep after.

Oops, don't sleep right after a meal.

Okay, not exactly perfect, I think those huge chicken balls are extras. Flavours don't really combine with this dish. Other than that, its tom yum yum yum yum...........
